Kanine gets interviewed by Detour Mag
-

Detour Mag interviewed us!
"Lio and Kay Kanine launched their label with the celebrated compilation NY: The Next Wave, and continued by initially releasing the forest whispers and hazy grooves of Grizzly Bear. The Williamsburg-based imprint has gone on to release records from The Faint and Oxford Collapse, and even Detour’s old friends Professor Murder. Here’s more from Lio and Kay on living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (”It’s really an exciting place to live”), pressing vinyl in the Czech Republic, and Danity Kane."
Note, we didn't put any records out by The Faint like it says, though we wish we could have. Go here to read full interview
