NJ's High.'s find themselves in a collaborative spirit on their newest offering - a remix of last year's simmering Come Back Down track, "George" featuring Sweet93. Turning down the distortion and volume ever so slightly from its original form. This allows space for the added textures of sweet93 frontwoman Chloe Kohanski's distinctive Dreamladen Soprano. Chloe's voice both floats above and lingers within this song. Capturing the melancholy of the song's Twin Peaks inflected inner-world. A hushed, somber slow burn, “George” sits with thoughts that refuse to settle. Like Cocteau Twins gone Slowcore.
