Diary release second single, “Drive It” with visuals directed by award-winning filmmaker Nadia Bedj (Tribeca, Slamdance) and choreography by Lilly Fridlyand (Princeton University Ballet). A man moves through New York City with a body he can no longer control in the new music video .

If Diary's first single was for the party, Drive It is for the way home. With a motorik rhythm & swirling darkness, it is loosely inspired by groups like Echo & the Bunnymen or The Chameleons. Driving around somewhere before dawn in a car that dropped its power steering, driving in the wrong direction, time stretched out like an episode of the Twilight Zone.

Diary says: "The song grew out of a memory of an uncanny night, driving home with some friends. We were in an old land yacht of a car when the power steering suddenly gave out. Instead of calling for help, we decided to roll on and muscle the wheel around every turn. Somewhere before dawn, there was a realization we’d driven an hour in the wrong direction. The whole night felt like a strange dream, wrestling the car and drifting across liminal highways. Time seemed stretched, like slipping into an episode of The Twilight Zone, and that’s what this song aims to evoke."
